The Centaur, Cheltenham Racecourse

Cheltenham Racecourse’s conferences and events business is a key supplementary revenue source to the core 16 race days which are held annually.

ExCeL, London

ExCeL London offers 100,000sqm of flexible, multipurpose space, including London’s only ICC. 
We are flexible and tailor our services to meet the individual client needs not our own.  We employ specialists in the sales and event management teams to cover our key sectors and in 2012 received an average feedback score of 84%.  We understand that an event is more than just a venue - the City is here to welcome our clients and we work with them as events partners.  Due to our approach we have a high retention of clients.  ExCeL continues to invest in its facilities so that it meets the needs of its customers and remains a world class venue. 

FIVE (Farnborough International Venue & Events)

Located in Farnborough, Hampshire, FIVE has become the conference venue of choice for many corporate clients and event organisers due to its accommodating and flexible approach. Comprising 3,000sqm of clear span indoor event space and a further 50,000sqm of hard standing for temporary structures or outdoor activities, the venue is easily adapted to a client’s needs from small niche events to large scale exhibitions.  Furthermore, the ‘blank canvas’ that the indoor venue provides, the proactive and responsive staff and the range of services available allows the venue to accommodate just about any kind of event.

The International Centre, Telford

The International Centre started life as a 2 hall indoor tennis centre.  However, since hosting its first event, ‘AMTex’ exhibition in 1987, the venue has continued to grow and evolve to meet the demands of the ever changing events market


Since that first exhibition, the owners have invested over £50m in the venue including the building of two on-site hotels and two major venue extensions to create dedicated conference and banqueting facilities; which perfectly compliment the original halls.


All of this is private investment and is essential in order to remain competitive in the UK venue sector, and clearly demonstrates our commitment to investing in our venue – despite the tough economic conditions.

London Hilton on Park Lane

London Hilton on Park Lane, celebrating its 50th anniversary this year, is synonymous with outstanding service, excellence and style. Situated in the heart of Mayfair, the hotel offers stunning views of Hyde Park and the Capital’s skyline from all guest rooms. London Hilton on Park Lane has hosted many of the city’s landmark events over the years. Everyone from kings to presidents, Hollywood nobility to the International Olympic Committee. The Grand Ballroom, one of the largest in London, hosts as many as 1,200 guests. In addition, our 8 newly renovated Hilton Meetings Rooms are ideal for board meetings, presentations and receptions for up to 50 guests. We’re called the National Exhibitions Centre, but conferences have always been part of our DNA – and are increasingly so, at all levels from intimate events to immense blockbusters and from conventional to creative events. Sheffield City Hall

Sheffield City Hall, a Sheffield International Venue (SIV), is the city’s premier conference and concert venue. The art-deco grade II listed building celebrated its 80th Birthday in September 2012 and has an extensive legacy where entertainment, and in particular music is concerned. In addition it has earned an award winning reputation for hosting some of the country’s most esteemed business events and although not a purpose-built convention centre, after a £12 million refurbishment, its facilities rival any conference venue. Attracting 150-200 business events and over 400 entertainment shows annually, City Hall offers flexible and versatile Event Management, delivering a unique and bespoke experience.
