Gallowglass


For the BP AGM at the Festival Hall in London, Gallowglass co-ordinated crew levels, truck schedules, and resource planning, leading to a faster build and de-rig then any BP event of similar size.

 

Gallowglass streamlined the security clearance process for their client and the Metropolitan Police, as well as providing front of house duties supporting registration, human signage and Q&A in the auditorium.

With over 700 delegates and a smattering of protestors it was never going to be an easy job, but with nearly 200 Gallowglass crew covering 1700 man-hours the event was hailed as an overwhelming success.
